EP review: Fuzzing Nation – 'Into the Desert'
Fuzzing Nation are back with their second release. The EP is titled 'Into the Desert' and it gives us a taste of everything that's coming! The EP "Into the Desert" is the second release from Athens Stoner/Hard Rockers Fuzzing Nation.
By Dimitris (Bari) Polyzois

The band consists of Angel Ioannidis (vocals and guitar in Doomsters, Sorrows Path), Stavros Giannakos (bass in Doomsters, Sorrows Path) and Terry Moros (ex drummer of Crystal Clear, InnerWish etc). All three are seasoned musicians who have played on plenty of albums and live shows. They brought the outfit to life in 2022, built on the foundations of their love for music and the friendship that binds them.
The EP "Fuzzing Nation" was their calling card on the scene and it got a warm welcome from the audience.
The album opens with the striking title track "Into The Desert". Groovy riffs that grab the listener's attention from the very first notes. "Free Spirit" gets you going with its incredible energy, and it's one of the best tracks on the EP. "Old Days (same old rebel)" is a song pulled straight out of the past, in both lyrics and music. The production shifts here, pushing the bass and drums further forward, while the guitar tone changes and takes on an older feel. Finally, "Such A Mess", the best track on the record. Mid tempo, with strong lyrics and music that sweeps you along.
All in all, "Into The Desert" is probably the herald of a new full-length release. It gives us a few hints of what we'll be seeing from the band in the future. The combination of lyrics, skilled songwriting and production makes it stand out within the genre.
