A few words about the band
Black Reuss chart the course of a person's life, describing through music the changes and different chapters that person has lived through. Life is like a river, moving ceaselessly, mostly heading downward. The name of the project comes from the river Reuss, a Swiss river found in the Gotthard mountain range that rises in the middle of Switzerland, where Black Reuss himself lived while writing Metamorphosis.
Metamorphosis was the first chapter of this journey, and was released on June 4, 2021 through Black Reuss's own label. The journey «Journey» is about surrendering to one's inner desires and being less and less controlled by material things or negative influences. Passing through different stages, one progresses, but also regresses. Sometimes Black Reuss experiences bliss, emotion, and inner peace. But he also realizes there are always obstacles along the way… Will he manage to find his freedom?
«Falling gets easier and it doesn't hurt the same»
«Journey» was released on May 6, 2022. The single «Hole» is included on the album.
