By Dimitris (Bari) Polyzois
Its title: FREEZE! Live In Europe 2020.
The album focuses on live performances of tracks found on the 2019 record You Know What… ?. It also features a new version of the band's hit Get It Like That, from their 2011 debut album. This version has a drum solo by Minnemann specifically dedicated to Neil Peart of Rush, who died while the band was on tour.
Guthrie Govan said that the album "documents a particularly unforgettable period for the band, so I think we're really lucky to have managed to capture this musical snapshot." After months of non-stop shows, the material from our latest studio recording had started to feel really natural to us. There was still an undeniable element of excitement and musical risk-taking on stage every night when we played these songs.
The tracklist of the record is as follows:
- D Grade F*ck Movie Jam
- Spanish Eddie
- When We All Come Together
- The Ballad Of Bonnie And Clyde
- Get It Like That (Dedicated To Neil Peart)
- Last Orders
