All this at the XMAS Metal Spirit party! An event that will unite the spirit of Christmas with that of Metal and is set to become an institution! The most metal Christmas Eve is here and it's unmissable! Be there! @ Holywood Stage, Saturday 24 December.

Three excellent bands

The Silent Wedding

On the purely musical side, headliner of the night will be the wonderful melodic/lyric metallers, The Silent Wedding! A band that since 2008 has been putting forward its musical vision in the best possible way. The crowning moment of their journey being this year's album "Ego Path", which has received rave reviews in Greece and abroad. As well as their great appearance alongside Within Temptation at Technopolis. The The Silent Wedding are all set to close out a fantastic year for them in the best possible way at the XMAS Metal Spirit!

Fortress Under Siege

Before The Silent Wedding, a historic band will hit the stage of Holywood Stage. The Fortress Under Siege, were formed in 1994 and are one of the first bands to play Progressive Power Metal in Greece! Their self-titled debut EP in 1996 is considered one of the most important releases of the Greek scene, still making waves to this day. Remaining inactive for a decade, since 2011 they have released 3 great albums, culminating in "Atlantis" in 2020. They have already completed their new album, recorded at Devasoundz Studios with producer Fotis Benardo, which is expected to be released in the coming months. The XMAS Metal Spirit is the best excuse to celebrate this event!

Selefice

Yet another historic band will be the first to appear at XMAS Metal Spirit. Representing the most extreme sound at the event, the melodic/dark/doom/extreme metallers, Selefice, belong to the legendary generation of the Greek extreme scene of the early '90s. Their album "Where is the Heaven", is considered one of the most influential and distinctive releases in that particular idiom. It took a whole 24 years for them to reunite, but at the end of 2017 they came back through numerous live shows and, above all, with the release of the EP "I Met a God" in 2019, which garnered many excellent reviews from Greece and abroad. After the forced "freeze" due to the pandemic period, Selefice are currently working on new material and their appearance at XMAS Metal Spirit, is expected to bring an extremely powerful yet dark vibe!
