The band from Athens presented for the first time their new album, titled 'Ego Path', at a preview listening at their headquarters.
An excellent way to spend your Saturday night
There's no better way to spend your Saturday night than heading to the venue where you'll get an exclusive listen to a new album! So that's exactly what we did, with Nodtveidt. We headed over to Undergroud Music Studio, the place that serves as the band's headquarters. And after settling in on the building's rooftop (great music and an amazing view), we opened our ears and let the music take us on a journey.
An impressive opener with 'The Eternal Enigma', though what followed was equally excellent. On first listen, 'Ego Path' has a dynamic character and plenty of fresh elements from power and progressive metal. The production is top notch and the tracks are packed with shifts in rhythm and melody. As time went by, I caught myself not wanting the listening session to end. One thing's for sure — my interest has now shot through the roof, and I'd definitely love to hear the album again.

An album that wins you over
The album is one of the best works by The Silent Wedding. The tracks have an excellent musical and thematic foundation, given that they deal with the inner search for the Self. Definitely a very timely album, since amid the pandemic all of us tend to lose touch with ourselves.
So we're eagerly awaiting the official release of the album!
