Sense of Fear: New single titled 'Retaliation'

Being one of the longest-running active Heavy Metal bands from Northern Greece, Sense of Fear presented their new single, titled 'Retaliation'. The band is known for the aggressive approach it takes in its playing. What's more, they've managed to create their own musical style featuring modern elements and melodies. Musically they tread the Heavy paths of Metal, with roots in the highly productive decade of the '80s. By now, they could be described as a Dark, Aggressive, Heavy Metal group, with thrash and power elements.

A few words about the band

They started playing in 1998, in the city of Kozani. The band went through many line-up changes, yet kept its core intact on the 2 guitars (Ιωάννης Κικής, Θέμης Ιακωβίδης) and on drums (Μάρκος Κικής). In 2006 the bass position was also stabilized with Δημήτρη Γκάτζιαρη. Although there was always live activity, the many difficulties in finding a suitable singer hadn't helped them manage to officially record any of their rich material all these years.

But the time finally came, with the addition of Ηλία Κυτίδη (Exile of Heaven) on vocals in the Spring of 2013. It all began with the recording of their self-titled EP, which was released in October of that same year. In 2018 Sense of Fear Sense of Fear signed with the Italian Rockshots Records and released their first full length album titled "As the Ages passing by". Several live shows followed around Greece alongside well-known names from the metal & rock scene such as Queensryche, Blaze Bailey, Gus G., Warrel Dane, Omen, Nightstalker.
