The Project Renegade are here to surprise us once again! The metal outfit has unveiled their new album titled ‘Ultra Terra‘, an album that bears the signature of Pavement Entrairtainment (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).
In a constant quest for innovation and pioneering sound, Project Renegade return with this second album, delivering an impressive musical journey.
The “Ultra Terra” stands out for the diversity of its musical choices. It presents a captivating fusion of hip-hop with metal on “Bloodwitch", while it shifts effortlessly and moves into more classic metal territory with alternative and metalcore elements on the tracks "Millennial March" and "Token". This variety keeps the listener engaged throughout the whole journey. What also contributes to this is the explosive vocal performance on the tracks, which blends perfectly with the compositions, creating a powerful musical body.
One of the most interesting features of "Ultra Terra" is the variety in the songs' structures.
Each track offers a distinct sonic landscape, with dynamic, sweeping choruses that stick with the listener from the very first listen of the album. The skillful handling of transitions, together with the addition of electronic elements, adds depth and complexity to the album's atmosphere.
And in terms of production, "Ultra Terra" stands as proof of Project Renegade's energy and passion. The sound quality is crystal clear, with a full body and a solid foundation, allowing every instrument to shine. The polished production helps and further enhances the listening experience.
"Ultra Terra" is more than just an album.
It's proof of the continuous evolution of Project Renegade. Every song showcases the wide range of influences the band has, but also their ability to gather these ideas and produce something new, without rehashing old ones. This release cements Project Renegade as a promising and unstoppable force on the contemporary scene. So, without a doubt, I recommend and urge you to listen and give the record a chance.
