Mind Erasure – 'Connive': From Corfu with love!

A new album was presented by Mind Erasure! The metal band unveiled their debut album titled 'Connive‘.

An independently released album

This album is an independent release coming from the band from Corfu. The pre-production, recording and mixing of the record were done by Βασίλης Κοσκίνας at Αμφίονας studio, while the mastering is the work of Γιώργος Νερατζής. A very strong combination whose final result proves them right and blends perfectly with the stunning cover art by Gogo Melone who has truly outdone herself!

So with these names in your hands and this particularly polished and impressive cover, you're immediately gripped by the urge to put the record on and listen to it right away. The whole vibe screams organization and professionalism. And that's exactly how it is!

Welcome to the world of Metal

With 11 tracks in total on the album "Connive", Mind Erasure come to show you their world and prove that death and black metal are here to stay! They show that our country has a fresh band that can carry this genre without flaunting influences from others. At the same time, it has its own elements that reveal its character.

With tracks like "Pray For Salvation”, “Azrael”, “Connive”, “Cataphasia" and "Sore Your Eyes", which you absolutely have to listen to, the Mind Erasure bring you into their dark world and make you headbang like there's no tomorrow. With killer guitar riffs, drums that move masterfully and lay down the groove, and bass that follows the flow while adding its own musical depth, the band shows itself to be more than ready for what it's about to present to you. You don't doubt for a moment the calibre of these musicians. The compositions on the record are well-written and well-crafted. Just as befits an album that, once it reaches your ears, gives birth to hope!

In conclusion

The Mind Erasure on the album "Connive” well then, it seems they know what they're doing, but they don't just stop there! Apart from this ferocity, they also weave an emotional side into their tracks that seems to come in and fit perfectly. So they've managed to give you a more emotional side of death and black metal, and that's what makes the band stand out!

Whether we're talking about the musical part, or the vocals backed by Λάμπρο Στάθη, Mind Erasure show that they have the ease to move within this more emotional-theatrical style and elevate it. Listen to the last three tracks, considered as three parts, and you'll understand what I mean!

So with their new album "Connive", the Mind Erasure came to show us that they have big ambitions for the future if they keep going like this, and also to teach us about a world of death and black metal that pulls you out of the stereotypes you've grown used to!

An amazing project that has our appreciation and attention!
