One of the most active and recognisable names on the Greek symphonic metal scene, Meden Agan, are celebrating 20 years of music with a one-off anniversary show on Saturday 10 January 2026 at Piraeus Academy (Facebook, Instagram)! A night packed with the band's landmark songs from every one of their albums, special guests, and surprises on stage!
Special Guest Appearance: Silent Wedding, one of the strongest names in Greek power/melodic metal, are coming to send the night sky-high!
Opening Act: The up-and-coming Senses, with their punchy, modern hard rock style, will be playing tracks off their debut album.

20 Years of Meden Agan – The Metal Celebration of the Year!
Meden Agan were formed in November 2005 in Paris, by guitarist Ντίμαν Κουτσογιαννόπουλο. Their first demo came out in April 2006 and picked up very good reviews and feedback. Before long they recorded their debut full-length, titled "Illusions", which was released in November 2007. It featured epic-progressive metal songs with male vocals. During this period, the band shared the stage with bands such as Pain Of Salvation, Skyclad, Within Temptation, After All, Bloodtales, ETHS and The Old Dead Tree.
The Silent Wedding
Silent Wedding are a melodic heavy metal band formed in 2008, the same year they released their self-titled EP. The reviews they received described them as a "heavy metal band with progressive and power influences". Their first full-length record, titled "Livin Experiments", came out in 2013, with mastering handled by Michael "Miro" Rodenberg (Kamelot, Edguy, Rhapsody etc.) at Gate Studios (Germany), while for the album artwork the band worked with Travis Smith (Nevermore, Iced Earth, Opeth etc.).
They have had the honour of sharing the stage with bands such as Saxon, Fates Warning, Firewind, Tygers of Pan Tang, Maiden United, Caravan, Lizzy Borden and many more. Silent Wedding also took part in 2 mini-tours alongside Maiden United in Holland and Belgium, as well as with Voodoo Six on their European mini-tour in 2014. After that, they joined Threshold's "European Journey" tour as support band, with 19 live shows across various European countries.
Senses
Senses are a Neo Glam Cyber Rock band from Athens, Greece, formed in September 2022 by Dim Argio (guitar). The vision was crystal clear from day one: to revive the energy, the passion and the romance of '80s rock/metal, giving it a contemporary cyberpunk aesthetic and a forward-looking sound.
In July 2023, Senses released their debut album "Out Of Line", produced by Bob Katsionis (ex-Firewind, Symmetric Records). The record includes tracks such as "Under Your Spell" and "Silent Disco", which stood out immediately, drawing excellent reviews from the Greek and international music press. "Out Of Line" made a number of best-albums-of-2024 lists, confirming the band's strong arrival on the rock/metal scene.
