Iron Maiden return to Greece in 2022

The High Priority Promotions released a teaser video for a big concert that will take place on July 16, 2022. However, they didn't mention the name of the band that will be visiting our country. According to leaks, it's very likely that the band will be Iron Maiden.

Over the next few days, we're expecting the official announcement along with the relevant details about tickets, the concert venue, and other information.

This year's concert season may seem like a write-off, but the news of the comeback is something that fills us with hope, even if it's 15 months away. Needless to say, after the concert drought caused by the pandemic, the band's return to Greece is a huge deal.

It's not the first time the beloved English band of heavy metal fans will be visiting Greece. The British band has come to our country quite a few times. Their first time was on September 13, 1988 in Nea Filadelfeia and the latest on July 20, 2018 in Malakasa.

We remind you that Iron Maiden's last appearance was in 2018. That concert was hailed by many as the biggest heavy metal concert of all time in Greece, with attendance exceeding 35,000.

For now, all we've got is the date, and we're already counting down, even though we've got 15 months to go till then.
