New video from In Somnia for the track 'Rollercoaster'
In Somnia are back with a new video for the first track from the album 'Harlequin', titled 'Rollercoaster'. New video from In Somnia!
By Dimitris (Bari) Polyzois
The band from Austria unveiled the video for the track 'Rollercoaster', which is the first track of the album 'Harlequin‘.
The band announced regarding this:
"We are honoured to release the first single from our album "Harlequin». Like the song, the video also deals with fighting off addiction.
In this vivid depiction, the Harlequeen (Karin Glinzner) tries to escape from the habit (Alexander Eder), but as often happens in real life, this attempt fails. Thus, a certain sense of wellbeing is created in the all-too-familiar state of intoxication.
The song revolves around the fears and the drift of thought of an addict who knows exactly where this particular path leads. Even so, they're trapped in the prison of their own mind and perceive the situation as hopeless. In the end, the video deliberately allows for different perspectives and conclusions».
