Frenzee – “Runnin’ Amok”: the Greek-Australian punk trio’s second album
Two years after “What’s Wrong With Me”, Frenzee release “Runnin’ Amok” on Ouga Booga & The Mighty Oug Recordings. Ten electrified tracks.
By Dimitris (Bari) Polyzois

“Runnin’ Amok”, the new record from Frenzee, is out via Ouga Booga & The Mighty Oug Recordings — and it is exactly what the name says.
Just two years after What’s Wrong With Me and back-to-back touring across Europe and Australia, the explosive Greek-Australian punk trio’s second full-length arrives to stir the international heavy punk and rock ’n’ roll scene once again.
The singles that preceded it — Hyperactive, Keep Comin’ my Way, Unapologetically Me, Jack of All Trades — revealed track by track what was coming: fast but groovy guitars, aggressively primitive and technical drumming, big choruses and torrential intensity. The lyrics are full of personal exasperation and social observation. Ten electrified tracks built to be played loud and lived through live.
