The Breaking The Curse live is coming to break this curse, with a powerful gig on 15 Μαϊου 2022 at Temple (Instagram). At the historic meeting of the Extreme scene taking part will be Acid Death, the Death Courier, the Piranha and the Selefice. Four bands that were born in the early 90's and were part of the first Explosion of Greek Extreme Metal meet on the same stage after 32 whole years, attempting to bring Music back to where it's kept alive…
Acid Death
The Acid Death need no special introduction… In their 25+ years of existence they've managed to make their name synonymous with the term Progressive Death Metal in Greece. With 6 albums, 2 Eps, a ton of accolades in the Greek and international music press, plus a boatload of live shows in Greece and abroad under their belt, they promise that their headline set at Temple on May 15 will be something people remember for a long, long time…

Death Courier
The Death Courier formed in early 1987 in Patras and were among the first death metal bands in Greece, back when bands on the Greek scene were vanishingly few. In 1989 they released two rehearsal tapes and a demo tape titled "Deny Your Destiny" containing five tracks. In 1991 death courier signed with the American "Wild Rag Records" and released this on 7'' vinyl, with the addition of one more track, "Infected". After a very long break, in 2009 the band reformed, with founding member Vasilis and two new members, Giorgos Petousis on guitar ("Vermingod") and Stathis Kotsioris on drums.

Piranha
The Piranha were formed in 1987 by Giannis (guitar & vocals), Kostas (bass) and drummer Michalis (from Deviser), which makes them pioneers of Greek metal music. Later on drums were permanently taken over by Babis (from Fragile Vastness) and a bit later Denis (guitar) from Acid Death joined as well. The music the band played was deathrash metal. Over its 14-year run on the Greek metal scene, the band managed to release 3 albums and also share the stage with major international names.
At the end of 2001 came the band's breakup. After 16 years away, the band was reactivated at the end of 2017, this time with Andreas from ALBERT on drums, working on new material and taking part in several gigs.

Selefice
The Selefice are a Greek metal band formed in 1990 in Athens, belonging to the legendary generation of the Greek extreme metal scene of the early part of that decade.
In 1991 the band's self-titled demo was released with 3 tracks, which sold over 1000 copies worldwide through tape-trading. In 1994, for various reasons, the band disbanded ingloriously, leaving many underground fans wondering what could have been its follow-up…
Over the years Selefice acquired cult status. Where Is The Heaven was regarded by many as one of the gems of the Greek extreme scene and an album ahead of its time.
